Wholesale Terms
By placing an order, you are agreeing to the following terms.
Order Minimums:
Opening Order Minimum: $125
Reorder Minimum: $100
Individual item minimums are listed on product pages.
Payment: Credit card payments and Apple Pay are accepted via our invoicing system or wholesale shop. Our invoicing system can also accept card payments via Google Pay. Invoices must be paid in full prior to shipment unless a net payment agreement has been arranged.
Product Details:
Cards are printed by a small business in the U.S. on 120# lightly textured stock. All cards are packaged individually in a clear sleeve with a Kraft brown paper envelope.
Die-cut vinyl stickers are printed by a small business in the U.S. and are dishwasher safe and weather resistant.
Shipping: Wholesale orders typically ship within 1-2 weeks, but may take longer depending on the inventory requested and current availability. Orders placed within the US ship via USPS. Cost of shipping will be added to the final invoice. Kit Gray Illustration is not responsible for carrier delay, import tax, and/or lost or stolen packages. Please make certain that your shipping address is accurate and the drop-off location for packages is secure.
Backorders: Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment. If your order includes backordered items, you will be contacted and given the choice of shipping a partial order or waiting to ship until the order is complete.
Adjustments, Refunds, & Cancellations: Adjustments and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. All sales are final and cannot be returned once shipped. Orders with damaged, defective, or missing items and/or shipment errors must be reported within 10 days of shipment delivery date. Original shipping packages/labels and photographs of discrepancies are required. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out so we can find a solution right away!
Display & Packaging: All products come packaged and ready for retail sale. Products must be displayed and sold as is and in the original packaging. Packaging does not include UPC bar codes.
Online Sales: Online stores must credit Kit Gray Illustration in product descriptions. Partnering with third-party resellers (e.g. Amazon, Etsy) is not permitted.
Copyright: All artwork was created by and belongs to Kit Gray. Card designs are created using traditional media such as watercolor, pastel, or colored pencil. Vinyl sticker designs are drawn by hand using either digital or traditional media. Kit primarily works from her own reference photos, however some past work includes art created based on images supplied with permission by the original photographers.
